The 30-Mwe electric power plant would have a $2B energy resource base attached to it; 1/3 being allocated to the electricity BUYER as collateral to ensure that we will meet all quality production standards - which we get back after 10 years when we fully pay out the $150M Capital Cost of that SVS-IHHI
  8. The Theme City is developed when sufficient interested immigrant parties have deposited their $300,000 IN TRUST at STT / NovaScotia
  9. Thirty Thousand People at a SVS-IHHI Theme City at $300,000 each will create an DEPOSITED POOL of $900M per project
  10. There can be more than one SVS-IHHI Theme City being developed at a time
  11. The TOTAL Energy Asset Base attached to the 3000 Theme Cities will be $6 Trillion - which only accounts for a small fraction of the 300 Billion Tons of P1-Factor in Canada ; namely
  12. 3000 SVS-IHHI Theme Cities would consume 450 Million P1-Factor Tons per annum; and, over 25 years would require 11 Billion 250 Million Tons (3.7% of Total Canada P1-Factor Resource Base)
  13. Remember that regarding P1-Factor that one 4 cubic foot bale @ 50% M.C. has 6 Million BTUs - same as a barrel of OIL - which is doubled when M.C. is reduced to 30%
  14. And, finally, as environmentalists, we are dedicated to raising awareness of the public, government and capital sources of the impending doom and gloom as the CH4 from the P1-Factor enters the atmosphere as global warming overtakes us (n.b. )
